Sales Representative

Job Scope
Execute sales with existing and potential customers by performing the following:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide solutions to existing and potential customerís problems/concerns.
Prepare sales information for customers.
Manage assigned accounts and territory.
Call prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship.
Increase sales in respective accounts.
Establish buying influences, budgets, and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts.
Secure and place orders considering delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to Director of Sales by assigned dates.
Assist other sales representatives as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
Some college coursework
College graduate preferred
Other Qualifications:
Must maintain a valid driverís license
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to exercise independent judgment
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years outside sales experience
Outside sales experience within Office Equipment Industry preferred
